Really American has released a new video titled: #ProgressivesForBiden making the case about why progressives should unite behind Joe Biden. The ad, which features Bernie Sanders, talks about the importance of thinking strategically, and highlights Biden’s progressive credentials and policy proposals. These policies include reversing the Trump tax cuts, ensuring that health care is a right and not a privilege, and tackling climate change.
Justin Horwitz, Founder and Executive Director of Really American, released the following statement about the new ad: “This election will be won by whoever’s base turns out in greater numbers. At this point, it’s not about convincing Trump supporters to vote for Biden and Harris. We need to convince our progressive base that rallied behind Bernie Sanders to vote for the Biden/Harris ticket. Joe have the most progressive platform since FDR, and we should be excited about it.”
